Me

I'm a partner at Trailhead Partners, where I spend most of my time working with manufacturing and industrial services companies. We help them sell, find a capital partner, or turn over to the next generation.

I write about what I'm learning as I build and deploy internal tools to scale our business without scaling our overhead. Most of my trials fail. I'll write about those too.

Outside of M&A, I'm often flying airplanes, playing golf poorly, fly fishing, and chasing my three kids around.
